Fleetwood Makes HGTV Rock the Block Debut – and the Season’s Impact Extends to Las Vegas Community

Season 7 of HGTV’s Rock the Block featured four teams of experienced design professionals paired with celebrities to renovate four identical 5,000-square-foot luxury homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. The duos had seven weeks to add the most appraisal value to the homes, with the successful team crowned the winner based on the highest final appraisal.

Following the season finale, the four residences were unveiled to the public, offering design enthusiasts, industry professionals, and the local community an exclusive opportunity to experience the homes firsthand. More than 4,000 guests, including 550 VIP attendees, toured the properties, exploring the innovative design concepts, sophisticated architectural details, and luxury lifestyle.

Beyond showcasing exceptional residential design, the event served a greater purpose. Through the public home tours, $80,000 was raised in support of HomeAid® Southern Nevada, helping advance the organization's mission to provide housing and support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout the region.

For Fleetwood Windows & Doors, participation in Rock the Block underscored the transformative role that luxury fenestration plays in contemporary architecture. More than simply framing views, thoughtfully engineered window and door systems shape the experience of a home – blurring the boundaries between indoors and out, maximizing natural light, and elevating the way people live within a space. The season showcased how expansive glass, precision craftsmanship, and uncompromising performance can serve as the foundation for inspired design, allowing architects, builders, and designers to create residences that are as breathtaking as they are enduring.

From competition to community impact, Rock the Block Season 7 demonstrated the power of exceptional design to inspire, connect, and give back – creating homes that leave a lasting impression long after the final appraisal is complete.
