With more than 20 years of experience in complex business management, Rebecca brings extensive leadership expertise from the luxury appliance industry, having managed business divisions for Thermador and Bosch under the BSH Hausgeräte organization. Her background reflects a deep understanding of luxury consumers, operational excellence, and premium partner experiences.
Michael Davis
Michael Davis
Vice President of Finance
Michael Davis serves as Vice President of Finance at Fleetwood Windows & Doors, where he helps lead the company’s financial strategy and supports long-term growth initiatives across the organization.
Fleetwood’s history holds a personal connection for Michael. His grandfather, Glenn McCoy, was one of the company’s original founders, and his family owned and operated the business from its founding in the early 1960s through its transition in 2023. Growing up around the company instilled in him an early appreciation for craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and the pursuit of excellence that continue to define the Fleetwood brand today.
Before joining Fleetwood, Michael began his career at Ernst & Young, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and operational strategy. Today, he combines that experience with his lifelong connection to Fleetwood to help guide the company’s continued evolution while honoring the values and legacy that have shaped the brand for generations.

Henry Macias has dedicated more than 20 years to Fleetwood Windows & Doors, building a career defined by commitment, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship. Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in supporting Fleetwood’s manufacturing operations and fostering a strong team-oriented culture.
As Plant Manager, Henry brings decades of hands-on experience and operational knowledge to the organization, helping maintain the quality and precision that define the Fleetwood brand.
Outside of work, Henry is a devoted husband and father of two. Family remains at the center of his life, both at home and within the community.
Ron Marome

Sales Director
Ron Marome serves as Sales Director at Fleetwood Windows & Doors, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the luxury window and door industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership and sales roles, developing extensive expertise in dealer partnerships, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
Known for his collaborative approach and solutions-driven mindset, Ron is focused on supporting Fleetwood’s dealer network and strengthening the sales experience across every stage of the process.
Outside of work, Ron is a lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers fan and enjoys snowboarding with his wife and two sons.

Architectural Sales Manager
Farrah Rizzo is the Architectural Sales Manager at Fleetwood Windows & Doors, where she partners closely with architects, developers, and builders to support luxury residential projects throughout the region.
Farrah began her career in construction in 2018 with her family’s interlocking paving company, where she served as Sales Manager and developed a strong foundation in the building industry. Following the sale of the business, she continued working within the architectural community as an architectural representative for a paver manufacturer before transitioning into the window and door industry.
Over the past several years, Farrah has specialized in architectural window and door systems, building strong relationships with leading architectural firms, developers, and builders. She is passionate about collaborating with design professionals to help bring thoughtfully designed, high-performance projects to life.

Lauran Carter brings more than 14 years of experience in the luxury window and door industry, where she has built strategic partnerships, elevated premium brands, and helped shape distinctive customer experiences. Known for her deep product expertise and strategic mindset, she consistently identifies opportunities that strengthen brand positioning and drive long-term growth.
As Director of Marketing at Fleetwood Windows &Doors, Lauran leads forward-thinking initiatives focused on craftsmanship, innovation, and intentional design. Her work centers on strengthening industry relationships and advancing the Fleetwood brand within the luxury residential market.

Kimberly Johnson has been part of Fleetwood Windows & Doors for nearly 27 years, bringing extensive cross-functional experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and customer relationships.
Throughout her tenure, Kimberly has worked closely with multiple departments across the organization, developing a broad operational perspective and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. In her current role as Office Manager, she supports administrative operations across departments, helping drive consistency, efficiency, and positive outcomes throughout the company.
