HOW MUCH DO FLEETWOOD PRODUCTS COST?
All Fleetwood products are custom made with virtually unlimited features and options. Further, Fleetwood products are exclusively sold through authorized dealers. As such, we are unable to provide prices before measuring and quoting a particular project.

HOW DOES FLEETWOOD COMPARE TO OTHER BRANDS?

WHAT TYPE OF FINISHES DO YOU OFFER?
Fleetwood offers Class I Anodized finishes in several colors and can match any color for a custom finish using Kynar 500 paint, which is far more durable than powder coating. All our finishes are covered under our Transferable Lifetime warranty and reduce the emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds. Learn more on our Paint & Finishes page.
DO YOU ONLY MAKE SLIDING DOORS?
Fleetwood is known for its superior sliding doors, but offers the same level of quality for a whole-house system from sliding, pivot and hinged doors to fixed and operable windows and window walls. Our products are all custom and can fit almost any opening, including massive sizes, curved applications, and custom shapes. We even offer a wood pivot door via our Gen 4 line. WHAT KIND OF GLASS OPTIONS TO YOU HAVE?
Fleetwood outsources glass through vendors who reflect our company values and we partner with multiple vendors to ensure our clients have access to exactly what they need, including insulated, monolithic, or even hurricane glass. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER A warranty?
yes, in fact, Fleetwood is known for our renowned Transferable Lifetime warranty. Most window and door warranties only apply to the person or company who originally purchased them, most often the contractor, so homeowners rarely see any benefit. Fleetwood is different. We created a warranty that automatically transfers to the homeowner, no matter how many times the property is sold, for the life of the warranty. DO YOUR PRODUCTS COMPLY WITH ENERGY CODES?

CAN FLEETWOOD PRODUCTS FIT LARGE OPENINGS?
Fleetwood is one of the few window and door manufacturers that can accommodate massive sizes with two-story panels up to 20’ tall and insulated glass up to 100-sqft. Learn more about max size options on our product pages.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS WEATHER RATED?
With few exceptions, all Fleetwood products are for exterior use with varying degrees of performance depending on the location/climate. Careful consideration should be taken to evaluate the appropriate products for your home’s location. To learn more, see Extreme Conditions.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HURRICANE (HVHZ) RATED?

WHICH DEALER SHOULD I USE?
Our network of Authorized Dealers meets rigorous standards before being awarded a Fleetwood dealership. Among them, those offering the most exceptional showrooms, expertise, and service are recognized as Premier, Signature, or Select dealers and are listed accordingly in our Dealer Search.
You may encounter additional Authorized Dealers not shown in our search results. While fully approved to represent Fleetwood and provide quality service, these partners may still be developing showrooms that reflect the full breadth of our product offering.

CAN I BUY DIRECT?

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Fleetwood has a rigorous Quality Control process from start to finish and has a rejection rates 300% higher than competitors. Quality is Fleetwood's first priority. Still, Fleetwood strives to exceed expectations in lead times whenever possible. Lead times can be affected by product types, finishes, and additional options. WHAT DOES INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY COST?
Fleetwood manufactures custom window and door products, but does not provide installation. Our authorized dealers delivery/installation costs, please talk to your Authorized Dealer.

WHO CAN INSTALL FLEETWOOD?
Fleetwood does not require factory-authorized installers for the product warranty to stay valid. If Installation Instructions are followed by a licensed installer (C-17, AAMA certified, etc), the product will carry warranty. In many cases, the Fleetwood Dealer is also the installer.
ARE THERE FLEETWOOD CERTIFIED INSTALLERS?
Fleetwood does not certify installers, but proper installation requires adherence to the Installation Instructions and relevant sections of the Care & Maintenance Instructions. In many cases, our Fleetwood Dealers will provide installation as part of their package. It's critical that Fleetwood product be installed correctly for uncompromised performance. Contact your dealer if you experience issues.
WHERE CAN I HAVE THE PRODUCT DELIVERED?
The Fleetwood Dealer will be able to select “Dealer Showroom” or “Jobsite” during the ordering process. We encourage you to discuss both options with your dealer.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY PRODUCT?
Fleetwood has simple Care & Maintenance instructions containing recommended and mandatory cleaning procedures/schedules for all Fleetwood products. The dealer will also include this document with your order. Proper maintenance is essential for maintaining the product warranty. If the Care & Maintenance Instructions are followed, Fleetwood doors and windows will last 100+ years.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS NEED SERVICE?
If service is needed, contact the original Authorized Dealer or the Fleetwood Service Department via our Contact Us page for assistance.
CAN I REPLACE THE GLASS IN MY PRODUCT?
In most cases, yes! Contact the original Fleetwood Dealer to ensure the correct glass sizes are specified for any new order or warranty claim. If you do not know your original dealer or cannot reach them, please Contact Us directly.
