Written By Fleetwood Doors & WindowsDate Published 2025-10-28

Fleetwood Windows & Doors is proud to announce its full-scale partnership with Modernism Week 2025 in Palm Springs. Fleetwood is thrilled to showcase its products throughout the highly anticipated annual event celebrating mid-century modern design, architecture, art, and culture. Fleetwood has collaborated with top designers to remodel two iconic homes, offering attendees an exclusive look at modern luxury design in action.

From February 14-17 (Friday through Monday) and February 21-23 (Friday through Sunday), attendees will have the rare opportunity to tour both homes from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Fleetwood representatives will be onsite to answer product questions, network with attendees, and distribute informative literature about the company’s luxury window and door offerings. Purchase home tour tickets for the West House and the Sackley Chase Sensation at www.modernismweek.com.

FLEETWOOD IN ELVIS PRESLEY’S HONEYMOON HIDEAWAY

Architect William Krisel designed the House of Tomorrow, or Alexander Estate, and Elvis and Priscilla Presley honeymooned there in its prime in 1967. The property is made up of a series of four interconnected pods. Krisel favored the circular shape of the pods because, “... circles have no edge, you can approach them from anywhere.”

Michelle Boudreau redesigned the home and utilized Fleetwood’s 3-series windows to restore the famous bay window.
